About Us

Vanessa Bravo is an experienced Waldorf Class Teacher and Remedial Extra Lesson Specialist. 

Born in Puerto Rico, I grew up traveling the world as a 'Navy Brat' because my mother was a Medical Doctor for the USN. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a BS in Biology in 2000 and my early career began as a Field Biologist in Puerto Rico with the US Fish and Wildlife Service.  In 2003 I began Waldorf Teacher Training and completed it in 2005 from the Kula Makua Program in Honolulu, HI. Since that time I have Directed a Waldorf Inspired Licensed Home Preschool Program while my son was young, and then went on to teach at the Santa Cruz Waldorf, and Sanderling Waldorf Schools.  In 2013 I completed the Extra Lesson Remedial Education Training with Ingun Schneider at the Rudolf Steiner College, and have had years of practice in the classroom.
